disc reader very basic one
Corsair RM 850 gold psu(for upgrades or future SLI)
Fractal deisgn r4
Windows 8.1

Why get a z97 mobo if you are not going to OC?

That motherboard is simply too expensive, get something like the AsRock Z97 Extreme3 if you just want to SLI. Also, that PSU is bad, get one of the AX, TX, or HX 750-850W units if you want to stick with Corsair.
