PC Build Video Card Question

If you are gaming on all three monitor, you will want something better as a single 770 will only be able to get medium settings.

If you are gaming on one monitor, the 770 is fine for high/max settings.

Recording Gameplay on one moniter and Gaming on the Xbox on the other. 3rd moniter is there for the hell of it

Only gaming on one monitor, a 770 will be fine for high/ max settings in most all games. If you are only gaming on the xbox and not the PC, a lesser can can run 3 monitors easily.

I assume you are doing heavy rendering and encoding, correct?
