PC build Watchdogs

Would my pc build be able to run Watch Dogs and other games on Ultra with around 60 fps? Also will I be able to run games like BF4 or Arma 3 or GTA V when it comes out on ultra.
Cpu: Amd Fx8350
Gpu: Nvidia Gtx 770 4gb vram
Ram: Corsair 8gb single might upgrade to 16gb
Psu: Corsair 750 watts
MB: Gigabyte 990

Nothing runs Watch_Dogs on ultra at 60fps. Its a terrible,crippled console port.

Look at TotalBiscuits videos,he has a monster machine with SLI TITANS and cant keep 60fps.

but yes,games that arent complete shit will run high/ultra at 60fps.
