Hi everyone, I am a 15 year old gamer and i have wanted to get into pc gaming. I just received a job at mcdonalds but for the time im saving up for good pc i wanna get a budget build to have something to do whilst i save. So i saw a used dell xps 8300 for 100$ and i bought. It has an i7-2600. and a 460w psu i wanted to upgrade the gpu to a 1050ti someone tell me if theres gonna be problems with this setup.

specs im hoping for
i7-2600
gtx 1050ti
8 gb ddr3 ram
stock motherboard
stock psu (460w)
stock fans, etc

So i understand that stock psu's arent the best, however i think it will be fine because the GTX 1050ti consumes very little power. Thank you for reading my post. Any answers appreciated. someone tell me if this setup will run fine etc.....<3

Solution
Should be a delta psu in that dell which is good quality.

PSU power is not going to be an issue.

Looking around I'm seeing plenty of people with 1050ti's running in the 8300.

Just be aware these cards do not have analog out so will not connect to a VGA monitor without a $10-15 adapter.

If you have a dvi or HDMI screen not an issue.

by low profile you mean one that doesnt come overclocked???
