I am planning to build a new gaming pc for $800 now, and am planning to be able to upgrade in a few months. I'm thinking about either doing an i5 7600k with a gtx 1050 2gb and then upgrading the graphics card later to a 1060 6gb, or doing a pentium g4560 with a gtx 1060 6gb and upgrading to the i5 7600k later on. Which one of these builds do you think would work better until I can upgrade. Also the motherboard I have is a z270 so I can overclock whatever processor I get.

Solution
^+1 Especially considering the way prices have been ramping up over the last month for the stronger cards.
Depending on power supply, it may even be cheaper to look over on Craiglist or Ebay for a used graphics card rather than go new at this stage, just be a little careful about where you spend your hard won cash.
Toms are letting this slip but it's still a useful resource: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gpu-hierarchy,review-33383.html
