First off my laptop droped then died out of warranty bounds and need to get a gaming pc up and running pulling parts from a old core 2 duo desktop. This is for ac:unity i know req is not out and given watchdogs optimazation it will be terrible. i have a pc vs ps4 budget probably will lose and budget looks to be roughly $250 and would be done in beginning of november and $350 for december after that it's $400(over is ok) or ps4 everything don't need to be bought in november bare min just to get a system up and running don't need to run ac unity either at first other parts can be upgraded later on down the line even adding a new psu after unity if need be
parts i have is
antec bp 350w its ver 2.01 which is still the current ver funny lol(bought brand new in late 2011 or early 2012 just 1 month usage then stuck back in bag and box)
500 gb sata 2 3.5"
win 7 64 bit (unused code was for laptop but never got around installing it)
dvd drive
inwin case has atx and micro atx mounting holes
2 80mm fans 1 120mm fan (1 month use)
using a tv through hdmi
and i need
mother board
cpu
ram
gpu

if unity deadline is not made i will play shadow's of mordor and some older games (what ever plays) resolution can be 720p i think it's 1280x720 i'm not much on graphics i play games for story/mayhem
also forgot to mention price is deducted for each part off the $400 anyone that can help thanks

You need to change your PSU as Basiq PSUs are crap.

thanks but when i check it out due to newegg and amazon charging me taxes i get 439.49. well thanks this will probally hurt as i think i know the answer but just to be sure thermaltake cpu cooler's how good are they? and could it even cool something like this down not oc as that would be stupid http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=9496646&sku=M69-00186 now as i can still find ram at that price you listed just 1600mhz i can get this up and running in nov as i'm sure the deal will still be there just not the rebate. with a gt 220 surly that antec listed above can run that to play older games from 2002 and some indie stuff to keep me from going insane lol just gotta find a deal on gfx and psu but that would be in december.

The cooler in the combo you selected isn't very good but it will be better than stock.

ok then thanks that's my build and since i can get that strong of a cpu i'll try to get a 280x/770ti instead as it would be worth the wait

I think an Intel processor would be much better as AMD ones are pretty weak (at least for gaming).
