PC Build Worth in AUD.

A few other questions..

1. I can't decide on which cooler I should get, A Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, A Corsair H80i GT or a H100i GTX. Please help me choose one.

2. Will my CPU bottleneck my GPU

3. Is this a good overall build, are all the parts optimised for each other?

My yet to be built PC specifications are

GPU - EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0
HDD - WD Blue 1 TB
SSD - Samsung 250GB EVO
PSU - Corsair AX 760 Platinum
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1866 mHZ
Case - Corsair 330R Titanium
CPU Cooler - (waiting on your suggestions)

Parts are all very well matched, no issues. The any of the coolers you listed will work. The H100i GTX may be your best choice for overclocking and if you have high ambient air temperature. I would probably use a cheaper PSU, but if you can afford the AX 760, go for it.

Sorry I didn't understand? Is it why I am using an i5 4690K, well I found it enough for my current needs..

You could have gotten i5 6600K and Z170 motherboard. Skylake is 20% faster IPC-wise compared to Haswell.
