Hey,

So my family computer just broke down and I'm looking to either buy one or build one.

This is really just for surfing the web, word documents and maybe some light photo editing but nothing intensive. For that reason I'm really looking to spend under £300.

I was thinking an i3 processor as it will be good in many years to come but could that be an overkill for the things I'm using it for.

If you have any links or recommendations on a good build please post below. Thanks

Obviously apart from the 8GB of ram is there much of a improvement compared to the one I linked above? Just for ease I'm thinking about just buying a PC instead of building one.

Well if you want a pre built one with os, then get that one, the i3-3220 is a better cpu, the i3-2120T is still a good cpu, very capable and with a lower power consumption(35W).

Same price but has a graphics card, I was thinking HP is a good brand but is Dell good? shall I go for this one? Many thanks
