hey guys so I'm an upcoming photographer and I would like to make a good pc for editing photos and I would hear if you guys have a good set up for a pc that would be good at editing 4k images
and a pc screen that would do the job

the prize for the PC 1850USD
And the prize for the monitor doesn't matter
and I would like to know if it's necessary to get a 5k monitor instead of a 4k
