PC building advice

Hello people,

I'm planning on building a pc. I already own a few items like:

-NZXT S340 Elite case
-16 GB DDR4 G.Skill Trident Z RAM
-Razer Blackwidow Keyboard
-Razer Death Adder mouse (though I'm planning on buying a new one since the scrollwheel has become loose, any suggestions please?)
- 2TB Hard drive from WD

My primary use for this build will be gaming, for games like:

- CS:GO
-Battlefield
-Rocket League
(some old cod games, NFS etc.)

So I'd like for you guys to suggest to me a complete build, monitor included, for the games that I mentioned above. 1080p should be fine with me, I'm concerned mainly with fps. Also budget is not an issue, though I'd prefer the smallest budget without cutting corners. Also I'm from India, and import taxes are pretty large.

Grab a Ryzen 2600 clock it at 4.2 (and before someone goes but the 8700k) its not worth the extra $150 for 20 fps.. grab a 1070. G403/G403 wireless, or like zowie fk1/1+/2 ec2-a ec1-a.

For cpu limited games, Intel i7-8700K is as good as it gets.
Any Z370 based motherboard will do.

I would also suggest using a SSD of some size for windows and apps.
240gb is minimum, but 500gb or larger is now available at reasonable prices.
I like Samsung evo best.
