I'm trying to make kinda a economic build,their components are a ASROCK B450 M R4.0,RX 570 XFX 8GB,Ryzen 3 2200g,vengeance 16gb ram,and a corsair 650w psu,i wonder if there's something bad about this building so you can help me.

You don't need a 650w PSU for that build. This would do fine.
