Hi I am looking to buy a new pc, and I would like to know your opinnions on what build I should take

Pc 1:
Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-03
Mobo: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
Psu: RAIDMAX RX-735AP 735W
Cpu: AMD FX-8350
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Ssd: Mushkin Enhanced ECO2 MKNSSDEC120GB
Hdd: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB
Cpu Cooler: Antec KUHLER H2O 650
Gpu: gtx 970 g1 gaming/ r9 390 nitro

Pc 2:
Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-03
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-Z97-HD3 (rev. 2.0)
Psu: RAIDMAX RX-735AP 735W
Cpu: Intel Core i5-4690K
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Hdd: SeagateBarracuda ST1000DM003 1TB
Gpu: gtx 970 g1 gaming/ r9 390 nitro

Yes I agree with elmie when u have a nice high end GPU don't go with the amd processors,
also stick with one 8gb ram stick for saving slots for future upgrades
thridly if you are going to overclock go with the gtx 970 and if you wont go with the R9 390.
you can add an ssd later if you want
I would always back my money on intel. just not a fan of AMD. is a lot of dump on RAM, save your money and get a fast CPU and just get norm ram. And from the look of it, you want a nice mid range gaming rig for a 1080p setup.
