Pls help me with building a PC for AOE 2 DE.I already have a monitor, keyboard,ups,mouse.my budget is 30k INR.

Lol, I had to look up to know what that was.

The system requirements for the game are almost laughable.
System Requirements

• Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system.
• OS: Windows 10 64bit.
• Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon 64x2 5600+
• Memory: 4 GB RAM.
• Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 420 or ATI™ Radeon™ HD 6850 or Intel® HD Graphics 4000 or better with 2 GB VRAM.

Your price point puts you right at $400 US?
I have no idea the market where you are, but for here would consider something like the new incoming R3 3xxx or perhaps a deal on an older R5? Probably would have to pair that with a fairly meager GPU say RX570 or GTX1050, ti maybe?
