PC Buzzing noise?

Greetings. I am doing my regular video editing and web browsing multi tasking type of deal as always, and I have noticed a buzzing noise coming from my computer. I don't have to get up and go to the machine to inspect for the noise- no. I can hear it from my chair pretty well and it is scaring me. Thanks.

Update: when i check back on speccy after 10 or so mins, i notice the cpu temps went up to 60 to 70 (Celcius). Yes this is still the norm-heavy load for the i3-4170, but it still scares me cause 70 is a pretty big number.
