[SOLVED] PC can boot but DRAM lights stays red ?

Hello!

Hope you're having a nice day.

I just got a new PC. It can boot without any issues but I noticed the dram led light on the motherboard stays red.

I can see the installed RAM under "This PC" -> Properties and also under BIOS as per screenshots below:

Steps taken:
I have tried
-reseating both RAM cards
-change 2 RAM cards slot
-use only 1 RAM card and test all 4 slots
For all scenarios, the light stays solid red
-I also ran Window Memory Diagnostic test and these is no issue found

My specs:
-MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk AM4 Motherboard
-AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7GHz 6core/12thread PCIe4.0 processor
-Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz 16GB CL16 AMD Kit
-Zotac Gaming RTX3080 Trinity 10GB OC triple fan
-Cryorig H7 heatsink cooler
-EVGA GA 750W 80+ Gold Fully modular power supply

updating BIOS solves the problem. thanks everyone
