[SOLVED] Pc cannot boot, stuck on asus logo

So this is my problem:
I turn on my computer and it is just stucked on asus logo
What i can do is press the power button and it will shut down
What i cannot do is go to bios and boot menu and even pressing ctrl alt delete to restart my pc
Next i tried to connect no 3 drives and it boots to bios but when one or more drives are connected, i just stucked on the asus logo again. Please help.
I have
P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0
seagate barracuda 500g
Seagate barracuda 1t
WD Blue 3T

I'm guessing that you got this motherboard used. Hopefully the issue is a wonky setting in BIOS. I would unplug all the drives, go into BIOS, and reset all the BIOS settings to default. If this does not work, then there is a chance that the southbridge has an issue.
