Pc cannot read external hard drive

Hello,
salt water got into my seagate memory and now it comes on with the green light but my pc doesn't recognize it.
please how can i get it to work normally again?

It isn't "memory", it's a hard drive. Memory is RAM, those small modules that fit into memory-slots on the motherboard.

Water can do a lot of damage, salt water can do even more damage. The drive will probably never work again and even if by some miracle it did, would you really want to trust it? I know I wouldn't.
