Ok so I don't know whats happening but, my pc seems to be fine before, but after I installed 3 new fans in it my pc cannot turn on...

I have to replug the psu cable to do it, and sometimes it turned on, but now its not, at all.

I'm a crazy boy who just recklessly touched the pc if its got electric shock around the case, and it actually shocks me, so I really thought that it got the electricity.

Everytime I plug in the cable from psu to the wall, the keyboard lights up, until I plug the cable off, but I cannot seem to get the pc turned on.

All I did is to get a new power supply, but things still not working.. I also tried to run without the fans plugged on, and tried to plug off the pcie cable from gpu. None of them work

Here are my specs, in case you need it:

AMD ryzen 3 1200
MSI Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
Avexir 8gb (4x2) ddr4
Coolermaster mwe 450w

And btw it did turn on after I changed the psu, but it cannot turn on the 2nd time.

Solution

Try changing PSU, if that doesn't work then I don't know.

To test your PSU try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVR7Js3cXdI

Thanks for the reply,

But unfortunately, it doesn't work.
Is it likely the electricity problem? Because it turned on before with the same psu with all fans installed.

I know this is stupid but did you accidentally turn off PSU on the back? (I and O, make sure it is on I)

Try plugging into different power source.

Well, I switched it to I, and plugged into different power source, still doesn't work..
