Question PC can't boot from keyboard (kinda)

I built a pc for my gf, everything works fine but i have problems to boot the pc from the keyboard or mouse. I already enabled boot form keyboard and mouse on my mobo and desabled the fast boot into windows. Basically the pc can boot from the keyboard but only if was turned off for a while. Once I read a similar problem on this forum but i can't find it anymore.
Sorry for my english. Every suggestion is welcome

I just want to boot the pc from the keyboard. I did this with my pc and the one of my father. But for some reasons on this one won't work
