yes hi, right now i need other people's opinion.

turned my pc on, it couldn't boot. the debug lights says its a cpu error so i just turned it off and turned it on once again, this time it booted successfully, couple minutes later the monitor turned black and the cpu light is on. now it can't boot, it tries to but it couldnt....

specs
ryzen5 2600
msi b450 tomahawk max
ddr4 8 gb
gtx 1660
coolermaster 650watts gold

the cpu is looking ok, no bent pins no scratches.
the mobo however is in rough shape, some square looking stuff under the m.2 burned but still works,
then the psu blew up, so i borrowed a psu from a friend and it did boot before about a month now it cant.. bought a psu and still same problem

im almost certain its the mobo, its just that the mobo is saying its a cpu error soo yeah...

Solution
I think the odds are it's the MB over the CPU.....especially since you see evidence of burning....even without the burning...I'd still say MB. CPUs are tough.
