Question Pc can't connect to wifi but other devices can.

My pc and my roommates pc can't connect to a wifi network, our phones and my laptop can connect to the wifi, but his laptop can't, we both have wifi adapters in our PC's and like i said my other devices can connect to the wifi without a problem, i already tried unninstalled adapter drives and reinstalled and that didnt help, my PC can detect the wifi and i'm writing the right password, any ideas?

I shall clarify that its not possible for me to use an ethernet cable
