[SOLVED] PC Can't find any WiFi signals

So I have plenty of WiFi signals around me besides my own network. I also turned on my phone's hotspot. I was using the built in wifi on the MoBo so I bought a new TP-Link AC1300 PCI3 card. I connected it and it lasted about a minute and quit seeing anything. So I bought a Gigabyte GC-WB1733D-I PCIe card with the antenna attached to a wire. No joy. I used the latest drivers for all three. I can't figure this out. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

So I had turned the built in on off in the device manager, but I went into the BIOS and turned it off there. I uninstalled all the software for anything WiFi related, rebooted and installed the drivers again. Now it works. Unbelievable. Thank you both so much for your help!! Have a great weekend!!
On your PC ensure that only one network adapter (either wired or wireless) is enabled. Only one network adapter should be installed.

Make and model modem, make and model router (or modem/router) if combined?

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt. Post the results.
 
If you access the Control Panel, Network and Sharing Center, Advanced Sharing Settings, is Turn on Network Discovery activated for all 3 types of networks? Are all of your router's and phone's security features turned off so that new connections and mac addresses will not be blocked? Did you turn off your motherboard's wifi in the bios? You could also try reinstalling your drivers with Driver Signature Enforcement turned off.

I'm surprised the TP-link card did not work since I've been using their T9E card for years and its great.

Also did you check the Control Panel Power Options to make sure everything is set to maximum and always ON? Did you check the Device Manager for all network related devices to make sure the Power Management option "Allow the computer to turn off" is UNchecked?

Thanks for your help! I don't think I gave you a very good description of what I have and what I have done. Everything was great and working well until my wife said the internet isn't working. We've had some issues with the electric outlet for the FiOS system, but I fixed that and everything has been working for a couple days perfectly and is still working for the other 15 devices that are connected. Her PC has a good UPS (I'll get back there and see what the model is if you want, but it's a good brand with less than 6 months on it. ASSuming something went wrong with the built-in WiFi card (because MoBo's aren't built like they used to be) I replaced it with the TP-Link card. It didn't have trouble seeing the networks around me or connecting to my network. But by the time I walked from her room to my office she said it quit again. I tried adjusting and tightening the antennas and moving the PC to get a better signal, but nothing. I checked settings, but nothing had changed since it worked. I tried changing the PCIe slot with no joy. Not having a lot of time to deal with it I ordered the Gigabyte GC-WB1733D-I PCIe card. It has yet to see a network. The driver CD didn't work, but I pulled them from GB website (I would normally do that first, but time was an issue right then). It still never saw a network. I checked everything you and @dwd999 suggested with no positive results. Here's the ipconfig/all results . Oh and my network is the Amplify Mesh Network.
OK I was trying to figure out what the Amplify model is and the app won't see the WiFi but it does connect to it OK. I've rebooted it, tried making the app forget it and relogging in and it still can't find it. This is nuts.
 
The "ipconfig /all" results are not correct. Syntax error.

A space is needed between the "g" and the "/".

Didn't seem to change. But I do think that @dwd999 is right. I'll check with Amplify unless you have thoughts. It just doesn't make any sense that 15 devices have no problem connecting and that one doesn't. Either way I appreciate both of your help!
 
If wifi adapters are not displayed in ipconfig /all output, then they are disabled.
Have only single network adapter enabled -
either wired ethernet adapter or
single wifi adapter (not both wifi adapters).
Better have only single wifi adapter installed in your pc. Remove the other wifi adapter.
