Pc cant find delta hardware

dell dimension 1950 cant find m audio pci sound card..... card works perfectly in other pc's. Tried reinstalling new drivers with no avail.... drivers load, but pc cant find sound card installed

You have to install the software BEFORE you install the hardware.
