PC cant print to printer in the menu

Dell PC, Samsung USB printer. Moved to new location and now cannot use printer. I can see the printer on the menu in the PC but when I try to print a test page I get a error message that says I need to connect the printer to the PC. Running W10, PC is a Dell Inspiron 3650 and printer is a Samsung SCX 4623X. Combo worked well prior to move. I am a bit lost here and need help. Thanks

Obviously the printer isnt seen anymore on the usb ports. Remove the printer in the printer control panel.. unplug the usb cable. Replug the cable with the printer turned on. Let the plug n play detection do its magic.
