I installed Disney + on my gaming pc today and started watching something. About 20 minutes in and it froze and I had to shut off my PC with the power button on the case and turn it back on. After that it happened again another 20 minutes later. I did the same and after this my second monitor will no longer display and isn't being detected and any game or application I run is slow and has terrible framerate making it unusable. Any suggestions of what I should do? My drivers are up to date and I even reinstalled my graphics driver.

What is the make/model of your PSU (power supply)? You may need top open case and get the info from the label on the side of it.
CORSAIR 850W RMx SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET

I should have more than enough power from what i remember when I made the spec
Also the pc is a month old

My monitors are currently plugged into my GPU. I swapped them over to the motherboard and it just showed me my background and nothing else. I checked my BIOS and I'm currently running
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1616, 16/05/2023

I think there might be a newer version but I don't want to mess my pc up.
