PC ends up blue screening after about 1/2 hours while gaming with XMP on i get the message (CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION) it only happens with XMP on. How do i go about Manuel setting my ram to the correct speed of 3200mhz ? E.g what voltage etc

Thanks! heres the specs

Ryzen 5 3600
16gb 3200mhz corsair vengeance
corsair tx 550w
Giagyte B450m h

First, verify that the motherboard bios level is current.
A common reason for bios updates is to increase stability.
Particularly with ram.
Is your ram on the motherboard ram QVL list?
Or, explicitly supported by corsair for your motherboard?
ryzen can be picky about ram compatibility.
Is your ram a kit, not two individual sticks with the same part number?
Mismatched ran can have problems.

With xmp (the amd equivalent)set,
Run memtest86.
It boots from a usb stick and does not use windows.
You can download the free edition here:
https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your problem is likely elsewhere.

Lastly, a failure over time smacks of heat issues.
Possibly because you can push the processor harder with overclocked ram.

i've got no idea what you mean by "Is your ram on the motherboard ram QVL list" and it's a ram kit 2 sticks brought them as a set
