PC Can't Turn On

So recently my computer gone wild. I can't turn it on. When I try to turn it on, than the monitor just works. Keyboard and mouse aren't don't light. There is the biggest problem, I can't even get to BIOS. And when I try 100 times then it loads. Once I needed 1 hour and 30 minutes to turn it on. Now I cant even in 4 hours. What should I do? Do you know the model name of your PC? Load times never should be measured in hours, there is definately something wrong with that system. It sounds like a component is failing, possibly primary.
