So i'm going to get a new pc case soon and it comes with a few cool light up rgb case fans! However, they are connected via molex cable and my power supply is non modular and from an old dell. It 300 wats and i cannot plug in the mloex cable! So im unsure as what to do! Any tips or suggestions... Or is there anything like an adaptor for this type of issue! Many thanks..

Charley!

The case fan molex
thanks mate helps a lot! so do i put the cable from the case fan in one end and the other end into the motherboard?
The case fan goes in the molex side, the other side is plugged into a SATA power plug coming out of your PSU. Same plug that goes into HDDs, etc. Make sure your PSU actually uses SATA, not molex, and that it has a spare plug, otherwise you would need a splitter as well.
