I bought a M-ATX case for my M-ATX build but can I use 3 Intake fan at the back and 3 exhaust fan at the front of my case? The reason why I thought of this because the vent on the front is only Right sided (Tecware Nexus M black case) and many people complaint about the horrible air flow due to the front vent.

I already bought the case and its beautiful but Can this actually improve the cooling?

You can do intake in the back and exhaust in the front, but I would not recommend it. It will probably give you higher temps. The reason why you want exhaust at the top and back is because heat rises. So you will be fighting physics to exhaust the hot air at the bottom and front of your case.

The other reason is cases typically don't have dust filters at the back panel exhaust. So if you use that as an intake, you will bring a lot of dust into your case. More dust, also creates higher temps.

A lot of cases these days don't have great airflow because the front panels can be restrictive. It is just something you have to consider when picking a case. With that being said, we are only talking about a few degress of improvement in...
