I just build a pc listed bellow , I have my case fans at full rpm i think , they are very very loud all the time. is there a way to fix this?
On motherboard i plugged my AK620 fans (with splitter) into CPU Fan header , Then one front fan into System1 header and 2nd into system2 ,
Update , So fans were set to DC in bios , i switched them to pwm but still running at 1100ish RPM , there are options which system to chose bellow , like CPU , System , Chipset i think and another , what is the one i should be selecting ?
A motherboard will usually have a fan speed control graph where you can set speeds based on cpu temperature.
The default will usually ramp up as the cpu load increases.
You can choose to lower the points on the curve which will result in quieter operation.
900 rpm is usually quiet. 600 rpm is all but inaudible.
Placing the tower further away will make the pc sound quieter.
