Question PC Case fans too loud, what is a good Fan controller for Molex?

Hi there,

After installing three fans connected via a molex adaptor, ( and another one connected to the motherboard), it's become WAY too loud to tolerate, despite better temperatures/airflow, as opposed to the opposite where I just had two connected to the motherboard.

Could anybody recommend any fan control adapters for 4 pin Molex?

Cheers!

What I would do is simply buy a couple Fan Header splitters such as this https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-2-Pack-2-Fan-Splitter/dp/B01DV1Z0Z4?ref_=ast_sto_dp and just split a couple headers from you mobo in order to set the fan speeds via the BIOS. Its fine to run two even sometimes three fans off one header although I would only ever do two.

If you do want a controller then this https://www.amazon.com/Phanteks-Universal-Fan-Controller-PH-PWHUB_02/dp/B07NHQRCRM/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=phanteks+fan+controller&qid=1582711611&sr=8-1 is a good one.
I was using a fan splitter for two fans from the motherboard originally, however I have a crappy HP OEM board so there's no hope of even configuring fan speed through Bios.

The fan speed off the motherboard is silent but isn't enough speed for effective airflow.
