Pc case ground wires

hello my old pc case have inside some ground 2 sets wires, that come with some +5 volt d- d+ on each set what is the reason of ground wires? olso this case is ment for htpc and if i remember corect those wires was on old mobo now am aiding new hardware inside so do i need to plug them olso?

no, modern motherboards are grounded through the atx power supply connectors. No other grounding is necessary
