PC Case Has an SD/TF Card Slot

I just discovered that my PC case has an SD/TF Card slot, but I can't find anything online that looks like it can fit in the slot. As seen in the picture, it's above the 5.25 in drive bays, and the card slot looks like it can be screwed into place. Does anyone know where I can find something like this? look up your case manufacturer and look under accessories they may have made for it. chances are it could be custom.

most universal style readers are either usb, 3.5/5 inch slot based. i've seen some pcie versions.

So I contacted the company. Its a company called DIY-PC and I looked all over the website and found nothing for accessories. I also emailed them, but I haven't gotten a response yet. It's been over a week. Worst comes to worst, I'll just get a USB stick for it.
