PC case I/O shield dimensions?!

Could anyone be kind enough to give dimensions of the I/O shield slot in their case? It doesn't matter what case as long as it's a Full ATX case, as i'm manufacturing a pc case and need to know the size of the little slot at the back that has the I/O shield in it, you know, the shield thing that you can change if you get a new mobo for the usb ports/ inbuilt graphics etc... Wow thanks for that! That really helps, and for the pci slots as well, what is the difference between the tthree longer slots and the single shorter one? (pci)
