Question PC case screws spin and do not tighten

Hi all

I have a new Thermaltake X71 full tower case. Three of the thumbnail screws do not tighten and keep spinning. Thankfully I can remove them. I have spoken to Scan computers and they are willing to replace it. Is there a way of avoiding the hassle of removing the motherboard, PSU and any possible damage to the components of a new build., or shall I just go ahead and replace!

Are you using the wrong ones? Some are bigger than others.

SteveRX4 -- please check the date of the first post before replying. This thread was started almost four weeks ago --- the OP is very unlikely to be still monitoring it for replies after all that time. More than likely he has already fixed it.

I'm working my way through unanswered posts. I think the oldest should be addressed. No-one seems to be so I am.
I think 4 weeks is too long too. But I think they should be answered.

Should Tom's delete them after say 1 week if they haven't been answered? I think instead, we should try to answer them quicker.
Maybe there's another way. I don't even know if Tom's has ever talked about what to do.
Any advice would be appreciated.
