PC case under 40 US dollars

I like cases that have leds on them and look futuristic, it has to fit a Sapphire r9 270x vapor. I don't mind rebates.

A good case can last you years, a 40 dollar one, not so much. I would recommend buying a nice case, as it's one of the few things that can be "future-proof".
