i need a new PC case long story short i brought pre built PC like 4 years ago the case was so bad i had to take the front panel off
but its about time i got a new case since i did buy a new GPU that only just fits in lol its extremely cramped inside
i don't need any fancy stuff like RGB i just need one that has a good air flow and will fit my stuff

Motherboard: Prime h310m-a r2.0
GPU: Asus Tuf gaming RX 6700XT

recommendations would be much appreciated.

Parse your current specs to your system and suggestions should come flying your way, with regards to the components you want to stuff said chassis purchase.

Yes I meant what you have to work with, so we know what's going into the case. Your build consists of more than a motherboard and GPU. In fact future upgrades need to be factored in, among them are extra storage options, cooler upgrades and perhaps more room for other hardware or controllers. No aftermarket coolers? you could look at the Fractal-Design series of matx cases like the Mini range of cases. Coolermaster make a number of matx, well ventilated, cases like the MB400L or the NR400.

The rest of the community will surely have other suggestions for you as well.

yes alright thank you very much
i have looked at aftermarket coolers for the CPU but i believe with my current motherboard it might be more restricting the air flow since its very cramped however a smaller one might work better i would have to measure the exact size
my GPU is rather beefy so it takes up a bit of room and my current case the back fan sticks in the case a bit too much so wasn't really much of an option back then but yes upgrade factors do need to be accountable

Your cpu requires minimal cooling.
The gpu needs at least modest cooling.
I would look for a case with at least two 120/140mm front intakes to provide sufficient cooling.
If you want to install a better cpu cooler, either now or in the future, look for a case with 160mm headroom to fit a good air cooler.
I like to have a washable front filter to keep parts clean.

Cases are a personal thing. Looks count.
Bust your budget if you must for one you truly like.
It will be with you for a long time.

Even though you are in the UK, go to newegg and look at their listings.
Usually, they will list the number of ran positions as well as the height available for a cooler.
Your MATX motherboard will fit most ATX or MATX cases excepting small ITX cases.
Check out the reviews of any case that looks good.
Here, for example is the popular NZXT Meshify C:
