PC Case USB's

So I want to get the spec 03 Corsair case and I see it has 2 usb's on the front, so this may be a very stupid question but will these be additional to the ones on the mobo or will they be them ?

The ones on the case plug into your Mobo and are additional USB ports for your system. So assuming your Mobo supports the front USB ports (most do) then you should be fine.

The supplied case cable from the front USB 2.0 port will look like the 1 in the middle (the right one is for USB 3.0 port and the left one I believe is an audio connector, which I don't think the USB 3.0 cable isn't supplied with your case):

If your Mobo is fairly recent, the USB ports on the Mobo should look similar to these 3 pictured below:
