Recently I experienced my pc not posting when Its in the case but after I took the motherboard out of the case it seems to work everything even peripheral

Try putting it back in. If it doesn't happen again, probably just had something at a slight angle or under stress to cause an intermittent contact.

That or the front panel connectors have a problem with them. Try plugging those in while you still have it outside the case.

Ideally, yes.

The motherboard heats up and cools down, if it isn't held in place properly it will slowly shuffle around in there. CPU coolers put stress on the board and bend them. So if you don't have all the screws, you can make it lose contact with the memory or PCIe lanes. Same with graphics cards, they are heavy, put strain on the board, if you don't have it secure, it can wiggle around as temperature changes.

Thanks i

Thanks I'll do that and see if any thing changes

I only mounted like there or four screws in to the motherboard.
do I need mount all of them ?
It's also common for the board to sag and parts contact the metal of the case, shorting out components on the board. It's easy to happen in the area of the GPU and 20+4 pin connectors since you push down fairly hard there to make connections. With all the standoffs in place and attached that can't happen.

One thing I noticed was if it turns on its ok and works to the full extent no lags no freezing
freezing only happen the first time and it was I think what started all of this but if it turns on like when it's outside the case it works fine I even stress tasted the CPU for 8min and it passed it no crashed no errors
THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE PC CAN'T RESTART IT SELF IF I RESTART IT WHILE ITS WORKING IT STACK IN THE POSTE MODE it shuts down But when started THE CPU FAN IS DIM NOT BRIGHT AS ALWAYS ist the CPU motherboard or psu

Make sure of all connections.

The 24 pin connector can be an especially bad problem since individual contacts could be pushed back. With power off and plug out of the wall push on each wired contact of the connector to make sure it's fully engaged with its motherboard contact.

You might try starting the system by shorting the power-on pins of the front panel header. That will test whether the case's power switch is faulty. Also remove the connections for the reset switch, front panel audio and USB ports to see if any of that is faulty.

Your PSU....is quite possibly junk grade. I'm only saying that because it's probably one that was bundled with the case and they usually are. If the board is solidly mounted on all standoffs, you can't find any issues with the case front panel wiring or switches and you're confident all connections are solid then I'd suspect that next.

All this started when I was editing video on filmora and the GPU fans were spining high and the whole pc just restarted itself which was weird the 1660 super and r5 3600 are entry level editing combo and I was doing very light editting like 40to50 seconds video

After that it was working fine no force restarts until 3days ago when the system started not restarting not starting up always stuck at the semi post mode as if the CPU don't know what to do or its not receiving the power it needs and I also stress tested the CPU with cinebench r23 with 8mins all cores test when the pc was working in the midst of posting and not posting cycle

Imgur was giving me errors so I uploaded it here https://files.fm/u/ftwkcajhd
I think you have standoffs in wrong spots.

Make sure every screw hole has a corresponding standoff and there are no standoffs in wrong spots.
  1. I can see empty spot in middle of the motherboard (no screw there). Can cause motherboard bend.
  2. Upper middle spot - looks like doesn't have a standoff (looking from back side). Can cause motherboard bend.
  3. Lower middle part - 2 standoffs (visible from back), but no corresponding screw hole in board for one of those standoffs. Possible short.

Thanks for your reply really helps but one thing I have about this screws Is that IAM completely lacking 2to3 standoffs that didn't come with the case so that's why they're not there
And the system is not turning on now even if the system is out of the case
