Question PC Charging only sometimes

Hi, so i've read a few other pages here regarding my issue but my seems somewhat unique and I can't decipher it.

I have an Asus vivobook and the tip of the charger seems to bend somewhat "naturally" in a direction, the cord itself is not "straight" so to speak. When plugged in, it'll change between charging and unplugged constantly until I get that "sweet spot", that sweet spot however is only if the cord is facing directly upwards or on a high angle from where it's charged in, if the charger cord goes below the PC it won't charge regardless.

I thought this was a potential internal issue since sometimes adding pressure can help it, but in the spots that the charger just doesn't charge, adding pressure does nothing. Sometimes, it only helps when the charger is in that "sweet spot". I've checked the charging area for dust and there's nothing, I'm leaning more towards this being a charger issue but I want others feedback.
