Question Pc chipset driver issue

Hi I just bought a new pc couple of months ago and I have a bad habit of formatting my pc every two to three days and suddenly one day i was unable to install drivers on my pc and if driver are installed and I press restart my pc restarts but doesn't boot I have to press restart button on my case to restart the pc I am worried have i broken my pc I have cleared CMOS i have turned off my xmp but still nothing fixed Using asus tuf b550 plus gaming motherboard with 5600x Most of the drivers mainly chipset and realtek lan driver freezes and when chipset driver are installed and asked for restart my pc restarts but doesn't boot up fans and RGB still on but no post have formatting my pc a lot damaged my motherboard or cpu

it is ssd or hdd?

Asus tuf b550 plus gaming
Ryzen 5 5600x
Corsair ddr4 3600mhz ram currently at 2666
M.2 wd blue nvme sn570
Kingston SSD 1tb
My main issue is when I install my driver's and it ask for a restart my pc turns off for restart fans and lights are on but it doesn't boot again until pressed cabinet reset switch only happens when installing drivers my nvme is new a month old
