Question PC clicks and doesn't turn on. Can't figure out what is wrong. [First Build]

Whenever I try to turn on my pc, there is a click from the power supply and nothing happens. However, whenever I unplug the power supply cable going to the CPU_PWR_1, the PC turns on. When this is turned on, the CPU isn't turned on obviously so I can't get any output on my screen. I have had the three most tech-savvy people on my floor look at it and they can't figure it out. I hope this made sense.

Reinstall all components one by one making sure they are properly installed and fully seated.
