Hey everyone. I'm incredibly new to the whole gaming PC scene. I have watched a lot of videos and done some research on parts and I have compiled one that I'm probably going to buy. Board that will actually support your CPU, faster ram that is dual channel. Better SSD, better power supply. Got rid of pointless thermal paste

It's fine, except for the motherboard. Kaby Lake processors are optimised for Z270/H270 based motherboard.
You should get a H270 motherboard. (Z270 is better because it supports processor overclocking, but the i5 7600 can't be overclocked anyways...)
