Please help i am not sure if i buy all these parts it will work i get the Incompatibility error of
''Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs''
my build is
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/TCs67P

please help me i am saving all my money on this. :)

you will be way happier with this.

- newest skylake architecture, stronger cpu-> more fps
- u can upgrade to a kaby lake i7 later while the last amd processor was released in 2013 , also a skylake i3 outpeforms a 8350 in games.
- better powersupply yours is pretty bad... this one is quality and can power a gtx 970 with ease.
- wifi already in the mobo+ 2 extra usb ports:)

^^ this is a much better build, you could even get i3-6100 from the beginning

about your question, there should be no problems, some older 970 boards that ship with older BIOS versions might not support you CPU at first, you would need to flash the BIOS through a USB stick, but it should work off the bat with that motherboard.

Since you live in an area with high turnover in parts, that motherboard will work with that chip. Your system could be a lot better for that money. Unless budget is totally limiting, Intel is generally a better choice than AMD at the moment. That AMD CPU is especially weak.

Better, but similar

The cheapest PSU I suggested could be used for all systems except the FX6300.
System without a WiFi adaptor have WiFi on the motherboard.

Hi thanks for answering I was just wondering if I could change the mobo to something like a gigabyte 970a-ud3p as the reviews that mobo has aren't great on gaming?

To hit your budget you cannot afford both a good gaming CPU and a good gaming GPU. I have chosen to favor the GPU.

The alternative looks like this:

sorry, i meant the one eliasand made.

It doesn't really.

If you live in a part of the world where the motherboard you are being sold was made within the last two years or so, there will be no problem. In the USA and from a major retailer, it would work.

The note is there for older made boards which might still be around and in distant sectors of the globe.

Eliasand

No.
Sometimes, (rarely though), you have to manually update the BIOS to support your CPU. Most of the boards though come pre-updated with the right BIOS version, only some ship with older BIOS versions installed.
