PC compatibility help, new pc

Hi, I was wondering if this motherboard would work with an i7 9700k? Thanks for the help. MotherBoard: ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z370 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard

They're compatible, but you'll need an 8th generation processor to update the BIOS. It won't work out of the box. Or at least ensure it's got at least BIOS 1002 to support 9th gen CPU.
