Pc components check

I'm asking for advice on hardware choices, it is my intent to overclock and liquid cool.

Processor:
Phenom II x4 955 black

Graphics:
Radean hd 5770 1gb
(crossfire later, possibly quadfire)

Memory:
G.skill's TRident DDR3 -2000 (x2)

Motherboard:
MSI 890fx-GD70

Hard drive:
seagate barracuda 7200.12 750GB

Power supply:
Seasonic x650 650W

Optical drive:
Have spare in old tower

I'm not attached to any particular manufacturer, I just have experince with these. Thankyou for the suggestions and budget is flexiable, but I want to keep it to around $700 us.

Depending on your resolution it could be the biggest gains would be to tone down to a 870 and hit a single HD 5850? Corsair 650TX/Antec EA650 would be good to go unless u insist in 80+ gold certification
