Cooler is poor quality.

Everything looks fine to me, although I'm no expert either.

Just make sure that the RAM you buy is DDR4.

I'd also ensure that the motherboard you picked out supports overclocking (if you're willing to do it), as I feel like you're losing quite a bit by not overclocking a CPU, especially with AMD.
