hi. i just upgraded my cpu and motherboard from an i5-4690k on a msi z97 krait edition to a i7-8700k on an asrock z370 extreme4. after the change, when the pc is turned off (either by case power switch or in windows menu) all of the pc components; fans, gpu, mobo, stays on. fans blow at full speed. only way i can turn off pc entirely is by switching psu to off. how can i fix this? i would greatly appreciate any effort to helping me :i
ive tried clean install of windows and have deleted everything
disabling fast boot in settings doesnt work
setting bios to default doesnt work
clear cmos didnt help - however i did this b4 i did clean windows install
