rig 1-processor is fine, gpu is fine too. increase ram to 8 gb.
rig 2-processor very very weak gpu is ok ok. i wont recommend this build at all
rig 3-this rig is good actually. but you must increase power supply to at least corsair hx650...
rig 4-processor is good but it is an apu so you must use ram of at least 2100mhz frequency to get full gpu performance out of it. make ram 8gb
rig 5-server pc's. i dont know much abt them. sry
rig 6-one must not call i rig serious gaming rig with an r7 series card in it. Make it an R9 270x or R9 290 and overclock it to get performance of 290x. you are paying too much for a quad core. get an amd fx8350 and asrock 990fx extreme 3 board.
rig 7 is of no use.thats it....
rig 6 ill be my choice with upgrades i've suggested to you.....

Rig 2-i give it a name budget overclocking and gaming.actually its a good processor.u can see its review on tom/this website.it was http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/pentium-g3258-overclocking-performance,3849.html .
Rig 3-ok i understand u
Rig 4-i dont usually know much about ram.is 2100mhz ram really important
Rig 6-Gpu: money problem because for those who r on tight budget. Cpu:fx 8350is not v.good against 4th gen i5.
thats it

yes when we use apu it is important to use ram with higher frequencies. it gives a serious boost to performance....buddy just tell me how much a 4th gen i5 costs? and you are talking about budget here..... anyway you seem to be intel fanboy.....
