Hello,

This are my components:

WD 1tb
crucial mx500 500gb
gigabyte b450M
corsair vs550
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz
Gigabyte GeForce GTX1660 GAMING
AMD processor RYZEN5 2600

Is this good or would I buy something else?

It looks good, but I would probably use a 600+ power supply. There's a couple reasons for this:

1) Power consumption. Components act better when they all have breathing room when it comes to power. When looking at the PSU they give you a number that is the best performance of the PSU. that is how much Watts you want to pull, you never want to go past that or the fan will constantly run and be loud. Plus going past that will also mean that the PSU wont last as long as the manufacture suggests. Most components are given a 10 year life span unless you overclock them, then its degraded depending on how much of an overclock.

2) Sound. As just stated the more you pull from the PSU the louder and longer the PSU fan will run.
